Dinner
8pm
French dinner time and continuance of the tasting! The Chef, Séverine and her maître d' are ready to serve you four mouth-watering courses, inspired by traditional French and Provençal cuisine.
All food is locally sourced on the day of your event.
It is the moment now for you and your guests for food & wine pairing, with the same wine as the tasting.

Meet the team
The Maître Sommelier

Guy Brémond
(owner Les Caves St. Charles)
Native to Provence, Guy was very young when he knew that he would dedicate his life to his passion for the art of wine tasting.
He joined the prestigious Wine Sommeliers School in Tain l’Hermitage. Very early, his exceptional qualities allowed him to get prestigious jobs in most major hotels in the world (including Geneva, Gstaad and Hong Kong).
Several years later, Guy moved to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, to which he’s very attached, and where he decided to value the most great growths of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, by opening The Caves St. Charles.
Chef de cuisine

Séverine Sagnet
At 8 years old, I already wanted to bake in my village’s boulangerie. At 15, I was studying in the hotelier high school of Bergerac. A few years later, I had finished my studies and started working as an intern for gastronomic restaurants such as Arrambide** and Troisgros***. I dropped my suitcases in Avignon at 21 years old and never left.
Chef in restaurants and for private clients for almost 20 years
