La Cuisine de Valentine - Cook Workshop, is a place of sharing and friendliness, which will get you to live a real gustative and delicious experience, at the heart of the historic Châteauneuf-du-Pape village.
For all the gourmets who wish to discover the regional flavours, and learn to cook recipes with fresh and local products, La Cuisine de Valentine, Cook Workshop, proposes gourmet cooking classes, headed by a regional Chef every day.
A wine also tastes in cooking. Guy will not forget to add to the meal a tasting of the best Châteauneuf-du-Pape great growths, to help you appreciate and get familiar with wines pairings.
For a minimum of 6 people, from the same group.
Overview
10.30 am : You’ll prepare your lunch with the Chef who will give you all his secrets to cook a fabulous gastronomic meal, inspired by the rich flavours of the Provençal cuisine. Cooking, seasonings, presentation, etc. You will have all the keys in hands and tips, to recreate your menu at home, and do to impress and spoil your guests.
12.30 pm: Private Tasting with great Wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape conducted by a 'Maître Sommelier'.
01.15 pm: Now, the meal is ready! All you have to do is savour without moderation, and with relish! White and Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape included.
03.00 pm: End of activities for the day.
This amazing experience, which will always last in the memory, is only €205 person and is for between 4 and 10 people.
