The tasting will be conducted by Guy Bremond, 'MAITRE SOMMELIER'.

For those that would like to order wine, there will be the opportunity to order cases after the tasting session. These cases will be shipped directly to you as soon as possible upon our return to France.
The Maître Sommelier
Guy Bremond
Native of Provence, Guy was very young when he knew that he would dedicate his life to his passion for the art of the tasting.
He joins the prestigious Wine Sommeliers School in Tain l’Hermitage. Very early, his exceptional qualities allow him to get prestigious jobs in most major hotels in the world.
Several years later, Guy moves to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, which he’s very attached, and where he decides to value the most great growths of Châteauneuf-du-pape, by opening The Caves St. Charles.
The Chef
Eric Guigon
The culinary elite quickly recognised his prodigious talents after he received training from Michelin-starred luminaries like Michel Guérard, Alain Senderens, and Guy Savoy. Eric took over the Sofitel Paris CNIT restaurant with confidence in his abilities before moving on to well-regarded positions in Versailles and Marseille. It was in the vibrant city of Marseille that his culinary genius flourished, showcasing boundless creativity and originality.
From 1999-2001, Eric’s cuisine was lauded among the top 1000 restaurants in France by the Bottin Gourmand guide. In 2002, his peers honoured him with the prestigious Toque d'or of the year from the Toques Françaises.
Drawn back to the sun-drenched south of France in 2005, Eric rediscovered the aromatic delights of his childhood, settling in Aix-en-Provence. Here, he continues to delight fortunate diners with his exceptional talent and unwavering pursuit of gastronomic perfection.
